For Android users

Pairing the Walgreens Advanced Activity Tracker to your account should automatically set up your activity tracker to start receiving notifications. The Striiv app will need to remain running in the background of your phone. Bluetooth must also remain on to keep the Walgreens device connected with the app. 

Double check the device settings (tap the gear icon on the gray device banner at the top of the app home screen) to make sure notifications are turned 'on' for incoming calls and text messages. If you purchased the meeting reminder or weather notification apps, you should see these enabled here too.


For iOS users

Your phone/tablet needs to recognize your Walgreens Advanced Activity Tracker device as a bluetooth accessory. During the initial set-up, you should have seen a pop up from your phone, asking you if you wanted to pair a device (the device ID is 20 digits, starting with the letter H).


If you did not see this pop up, or aren’t sure, go to your phone/tablet’s settings, and select Bluetooth. Under ‘devices’ you should see your Fusion ID (again, 20 digits, starting with H). If it says ‘connected’, great! You are ready to receive notifications.


If it says ‘not connected’, forget the device in Bluetooth settings by selecting the "i" next to the connection status, then force quit and restart the Striiv app on your phone/tablet to reconnect the Walgreens Advanced Activity Tracker via double tapping the side of the device with the app open. 


In the Striiv app, tap the device banner (gray in color) at the top of the app home screen to ensure notifications are turned on for phone calls and text messages. Meeting reminder and weather notification settings will also be visible here if purchased through the Activity Tracker Apps tile (seen on the Striiv app home screen towards the bottom).
